Joseph Kabila donne le coup d'envoie des travaux de construction du barrage hydro-électrique Zongo II May 17th 2012, 13:33 Les travaux vont être réalisés par l'entreprise chinoise Sinohydro.  Ils doivent durer trois ans. Ce barrage d'une capacité de 150 mégawatts va alimenter la ville de Kinshasa et la province du Bas-Congo.
